To our best knowledge no one has ever been unable to connect to our sites due to a problem with the ISP itself. IONOS, our ISP, has a redundant server which means that if there is any problem at the ISP the connection is bounced to the alternate server. The user will not see any problem at all as the switch is quick and automatic.
